Job Offering : Insurance related Agency type office (small)

For those interested we have a position open as an entry level or full account executive.

After making the mistake of not investing the appropriate payroll for a qualified person (cough cough a LIW no less - not me) my boss is now willing to pay for experience and knowledge.

Agency office 15-20 ppl

Over 1000 accounts.

Job duties would include client relations (pretty solo without a lot of hand holding), clerical upkeep, marketing (if you qualify), customer service (BIGGIE).

Duties will vary on level of experience and knowledge but no matter what the ultimate goal is to grow into a full Account Executive with an equal portion of the Alpha split.

Office is in downtown Huntington Village.

Work environment is very light hearted but we are all hard workers. Dress is ALWAYS casual as in Jeans daily.

We'd like at least a few years of strong commercial insurance experience.

AIC, CISR, CPIW

I am happy with the pay. I work hard all day nonstop but leave at 5 no issues.

Lets put it this way, I actually make more check to check now than when I worked in the City for MARSH USA (the largest insurance broker in the world)

I don't set the pay.

PS: Self Benefits are included in pay!!! So i pay nothing for my health insurance. My husband stays on his insurance and we chose to keep our dental on this plan as it was cheaper.
