i've been working with some recruiters for the past few weeks and i was sent on 2 interviews. The 2 recruiters that sent me on these interviews both said that they got very good feedback from the employers and that they would get back to me. This was thursday. DO i call them again today and see why i havent heard from them, or do i just wait impatiently for them to call me?

Call them later today. I found, the more you are in their face, the more they remember you and will push for you especially if the client is interested. They get lots of calls and resumes. Also, if they clients are not interested at least you know and could go on from there. It also may be that they don't have any answer yet about bringing you back for round 2 or 3 and haven't called you yet. Either way, you have the right to follow up.

def call the recruiters....they are supposed to give you honest feedback whether it is good or bad. good luck!

this stinks. i called them both and so far nothing. One i left a msg for, the other said she'd hopefully get back to me by the end of the day..
