I got a promotion too, and now everyone CLEARY resents me. Not making it easy to come to work every day!

I how it feel to get promoted. Instead of your co-workers being happy for you they hate you and start talking about you. I had the same experience 2 years ago when i got promoted. I got my own office and everything. They also hated the fact that i was younger and got the promotion. Live your moment of happiness and don't let anyone gray your world for over your career success.

Is anyone else truly truly unhappy at their job? I dread walking in this place every day.

YES! Not so much that I hate it but more that the stress just drives me crazy and I find it to be too demanding, and I really don't enjoy it much at all. I contemplate quitting at least once a day!

No. I help run a medical billing business at home that isnt related to my office.

i was at the point with my old job, but i made the best choice ever and left, and now i love my new job!

Same here...when you get to that point its time to start looking for something else. Now its been 3 years and I LOVE my job and actually enjoy going.

Believe me, I realize how bizarre that sounds...but it is true!
