John Anthony's is now The Venetian Yacht Club?

I stopped off at John Anthony's (getting married 10/9/05) to get my direction cards and was told that they are now The Venetian Yacht Club. Good thing I didn't order my invitations until this week! Anyway, Has anyone been married there lately? Just want to know about new owners, etc...

my friend is getting married there in july and she did send out her invitations, but they are going to mail info cards/ or something each of her guests so that they are aware of the change and arent driving around looking for john anthonys... which i think is nice of them...but she is upset a bit

I got married there 5/21. I loved it!!! nothing but good things to say about JA (now VYC)

The food was great, the maitre D and my attendant were great. Im going to post my review sometime soon, Im just waiting for a free minute to write all my thoughts on everything.

I am extremely happy I had my reception there. There were a few freak outs back when I found out there would be new owners, but everything worked out great and as far as I know, everyone had a fabulous time.
