John From Flower Michele is just awesome!

Today we went to Villa Lombardi's to change our time on the wedding and because of that we can't have the room we wanted anymore Unless no one books our date there. With that.. comes no fireplace (which was my favorite part of that room)!
I got home and called John right away to see what he can do behind the sweetheart table to compensate for not having a fireplace behind us! Mind you.. I was so upset about this.
He right away put my mind at ease and told me not to sweat it and he will design something for me that will be just beautiful! With Drapery and flowers.. etc. He calmed me down instantly and in a way a 'friend' would. He told me not to even worry about it and he will MAKE it work! Didn't rush me and 'say yes I can do something' and that's it. He made me feel so much better and I trust him that he will design something unbelievable!
While on the phone he asked me how things were going and if I had all my vendors book.. and just other things not flower related.. which makes me feel like I am not just another client! He really cares for all his brides and grooms!!!!
If you haven't picked a florist yet.. I highly recommend JOHN!!!!!!!

I have to say that it is wonderful when you can tell that a vendor cares about the wedding being great as a whole and dont just see it as another ... client. That has been the selling factor between me and all my vendors.

I am really happy that it worked out for you. I am sure he will work to make it great.
