Jenn524, Oct2004bride and Felicia have all gone toe to toe with me on the whole Met-Yank thing, but one thing that we all have the respect to do is to stay off of each other's team's boards. If I post something on NWR about the Mets and someone wants to respond, that's cool -- it's an open forum. I'm trying to refrain from that this year because my blood pressure can't handle it. But to go on a pro-Yankee board and post something that isn't positive is just plain disrespectful and makes you as Rich would say a 'troll'

It's just like the other day. You started a thread with my name on it saying you heard I was a Jet fan and wishing me luck and that your DH was a Steeler fan. And this was fine, period, end of story. Then you proceed to post about little Chad this and that. Was that necessary? Did you think I'd be interested in that? Then to cap it off you start a Steeler fanonly thread, which I thought was cute and thought it was only appropriate that we have one for the Jets, since we are in NY and all. You call me a copy cat and get mad when I start bashing the players, when YOU STARTED IT THE DAY BEFORE.

My problem with you is that you are not a sports fan. Your DH is a Met fan and a Steeler fan, not you. You would root for any team that your SO would root for and to me, that is not a sports fan. Felicia and Jen both married Met fans and neither switched. But the way you carry on, you would think you were the head cheerleader when the famous Steel Curtain was running rampant in Pitt in the 70's. But being a fake can't be all bad. I'll bet if your DH's team win, you 'benefit', if you know what I mean.

So, PLEASE do not post about sports, unless it is something worth posting about. I may not like what Jen has to say about the Mets, but heck, at least she backs it up. Not like you, who in a topic about possibly the greatest pitcher in our modern era, you get on his facial appearance. Give me a break.
