we just booked the church and reception hall and i'm happy to say we're getting married on may 5, 2007!

We ended up booking the Thatched Cottage. I haven't heard much about the place, but we got a good feeling and they fit our requirements.
Thanks for the welcome. Now I just have to figure out what to do next...
