Jordan Almond Flowers

Jordan Almond Flowers

I was thinking about having these as part of my favors because I like the tradition of them.

I have seen them available online already made, but I figured i hvae a lot of time left so maybe I would make them myself.

There seem to be 2 different ways to make them
1)where you use the individual wrapper for each almond and then secure them together

2)the ribbon where you put an almond in each slot and then pull the string to tighten it into a flower.

Anyone have any experience making these yourself? Which way is easier?
Also any suggestions on inexpensive places to get the materials?

TIA!!!

I was thinking about doing this, too.
Here's what I've found:

Thanks!

It looks like it would be cheaper to do it using the ribbon that is made for it. I just wish I could find someone who has used it so I know how easy or difficult it is!

My FH thinks it is too much to have another favor, but they are so cute!

Yeah, they're cute! I'm sure if you ordered them, though there'd be some sort of customer service/instructions. You should contact the sites to see!
We're going to order them (I don't know from where yet) and then we're going to place them on top of a boxed grooms cake so the guests can take it when they leave. My parents did this to tie in their Italian and German heritages, and I want to carry on this tradition, too.
