I haven't but I think you can order them both ways -- pre assembled or loose and assemble them yourself.
I can see myself now trying to assemble 200 lol
I have to assemble them, my mom said only certain ones taste good or whatever, so shes making me suffer since they wouldn't wrap them for me lol

Im not going to make them myself, I get them ordered but they are very easy to make them in any style you want
