I'm ordering them from jordanalmonds.com and they ask if you want them shipped with an ice pack. Do they need to be? I see them sitting in the stores all the time. Thanks!

I am just about to order mine from them too. I know they say not to have them shipped more than 30 days of your event, so the ice probably just keeps them fresher. Is that an additional charge??

It's only an additional $1.49 per ice pack. Even if it's not worth it it's only $1.49.

I've never seen them with an ice pack. they sell them dry in the grocery store. I don't see the point.
