Has anyone had her as their seamstress? I need someone who can work miracles because my dress is a sample dress and it needs to be sized down about 8 sizes----literally. So I need someone GOOD!!!!

Josephine is hands down the best at Kleinfelds. I would call right away though..because there are other seamstresses and she is very requested.

oh, great!!! i actually got an appt. with her already! i asked for their best seamstress but as expected, they told me they're all great, blah blah blah. so i wasn't sure if she really was good, or if she was the only one available.

She is my FSIL's Aunt I believe.....thats the only reason I know...she'll be doing my dress as well

I bought my dress at Kleinfelds but had no idea we had to request a particular seamstress.... do I just call and tell them who I want? My dress wont be in until April.

you don't have to request a seamstress----i just wanted to have someone who's extremely experienced with re-making dresses, since mine will esentially have to be re-made since it's about 8-10 sizes too big.

Forget Kleinfelds. My recommendation......is.....and this is a MIRACLE WEDDING DRESS TAILOR..... Madamme Paulette on the UES of NYC. You won't be dissappointed. Good Luck!

yes Josephine is hands down the best...I requested her on my contract....she did my SIL's dress as well....she is awesome
