Joyce Leslie Return Policy

So.... I bought A LOT of stuff from there and need to return some. Of course I can't find my receipt but there policy doesn't even allow for exchanges or store credit.
I payed with a cc so I know the date so do I have any options or am I sol?

I'm in the SAME BOAT!!!!... I went on saturday to return a shirt I bought the week before.. I know the receipt is in my room somewhere, because I saved it incase I had to return, but of course its em-eye-ay (missing in action, not the vendor

) ...
so I went to the store and this girl I used to work with is at the counter, I said I have to return this, but I can't find the receipt... she practically threw it back at me like it was diseased or something and said 'oh no, you need your receipt' so I asked about store credit and she looked at me like i had 5 heads.. my mother then very loudly said 'well thats what you get for shopping at a store like THIS'... like that's REALLY gonna make this girl want to change policy for me.

it just s u ck s cause i spent money on this shirt and i'll never wear it.

eta- 'em eye ay' was ***'d so i had to change it.

yeah.. I know the date, the time, and the amount spent but they need the transaction #. I used to do bookeeping and I know that if you give them enough info they can print you up another receipt.

UGH!!!!

Nope.. even though the back of the tag always says, 'no exchange is ever final' apparently if you don't have a receipt then you can't do ANYTHING!
