JT BM update

2 wks ago I posted about my BM in JT is no longer working there and I had been calling and calling and left messages and no one called us back for 2 wks.
So finally we got a call from AL and told us just stop by and talk to any BM, we went down there and talked to Joseph and he was very nice, he apologized that no one call us back and promise us that everything will be fine and we can talk to anyone if we have question or just give him a call. I feel a lot better
