dont just assume they are going to give you a tasting - you have to set it up i never tasted a thing before my wedding. . . i just knew from past brides and family members that the food was amazing and not to worry about it ( they were right ) if you want a tasting i would call right away to set one up. We only got offered wine and coffee when we went AND they try to push the strip steak, IMO bc its cheaper for them - we got the filet mignon and everyone raved about it

just got a call from anna this week to set up an appointment for picking our menu. she said that they don't do tastings unless we specifically ask our banquet manager to set one up for us. she suggested we go to the bridal showcase on the 19th to sample the food.
