JT brides - Are you doing menus?

There are so many entrees to choose from, are you guys really making out menus or just gonna let the waiters wing it?

I will be making menu... since cheap JT only gives it to the Deluxe menu and the wedding menu.

Oh geez, I feel so stupid. What do you mean the 'deluxe menu' and the 'wedding menu'? Do they provide menus that you just don't like?

I'm confused too.....we have the deluxe menu, and I need to know if I would be wasting my time printing my own.

They definitely provide menus for the deluxe one (that's where the guests choose from 7 different entrees the day of). I am going to request to see one when I go for my meeting with them (which I really need to schedule!), but I will probably make my own to fit my theme.
