When did you do your menu? And did you do it with your BM?? Is it done exactly 6 weeks before wedding?? TIA

we weren't able to make our appointment with Linda until 4 weeks before since FH has late work hours. It's really easy. You should get a letter from them about 5-6 weeks before. More than enough time. Linda is a sweetheart!

just about I think I did my menu choice about 5 months before hand.
Usually you do the menu choice with Linda, I actually did mine with Jose our matre'd because Linda was out for a family emergency.

Our maitre'd was Jose but we didn't meet with him when we chose the menu. We met with Linda. It was very easy- she's so nice! It was about 6 weeks out. We got the letter asking us to make an appointment at about the 2 month mark.

you can always call by next week if you dont hear anything. Thats what we did and they made an appointment on the phone...the letter came the next day
