we had some appetizers and drinks when we booked.....im not worried about tasting the food, ive eaten there before - just curious if we have the option - my FILS told me that they went with FSIL for a food tasting when she got married there about 4 years ago and they want us to have a tasting so that they can come along again

I tasted some of their food when we booked and at one of their bridal showcases.

I think this question came up a long while ago and the answer was that we don't get a tasting...but I don't remember....Sorry

I think if you ask your banquet manager, when you set up your appointment to go over the menu and if they are having a wedding there, then you can try the food. Other than that, I dont think they have one. And beside they're always sharing food when you go, it doesnt even matter.

They told me we would go over our menu sometime in Oct., so you might be a late Sept. or early Oct.

You usually get a copy of the menu mailed to your 8 weeks before the wedding. And then you set up an appointment like 5-6 weeks before and then 1-2 weeks before, give them a final head count.
