I feel like my FH and I should already have our ceremony/reception booked and we don't. If anyone has quotes for any reception hall on Long Island, please share. We are thinking of a Saturday night in July '07. We are looking into places on the water or set up as a castle-theme. We both can't seem to find the time to check out halls yet.

you might want to post this on the 08 boards...some of us are either on the same boat as you...or just researching (myself included)...mostly all those girls on the 08 board have the majority of their vendors booked.

MY RH hall is $139 pp on Friday and $149pp on Saturday...it is right on the water and beautiful....you can only have a max of 119....so I don't know if this helps you....you have time....this site can get you nuts with panic because of lot of girls are WAY ahead...you have time... don't stress.

Chateau La Mer Friday night is 95pp... Saturday night it is 120pp. This is for a July 2009 wedding.

68pp sunday afternoon before tax and grat..includes CH and v-hour i think a saturday was 85..but dont quote me i cant really remember

Check out Venetian Yacht Club (Stunning, but I heard food may not be up to Par) Sorry I don't have pricing, but I do believe they are competitive with Jericho Terrace.
JT for a sunday was 120 pp including all fees (95pp before fees). 6 hour reception including VH and deluxe menu. You're not missing any extras that's full boat.
If you don't want extras on the menu and no VH than it's 80pp before fees. 120 min guarantee. I know the bigger room is avail still for July min guarantee for that is 140-150 same price.

I would go soon - they only had a few weekend dates open in june and I booked 2 months ago

I dont want to make you feel bad, but we booked our date in April for July of 09 and most dates were already booked then. You should really start looking around for places if you want to get married in July. JMO. Try Leonards or CLM
