July 4th or 5th brides....

When are you having your rehearsal dinners? Are you getting married in the RH?
Ceremony will be at the RH, i'm not too sure when i should have my rehearsal dinner.

July 4th or 5th brides....

We're not having a rehearsal dinner. We have people in Westchester, who aren't able to come down to Long Island, till the 4th. We are getting married at the RH. Do you guys have an officiant yet? We don't.

July 4th or 5th brides....

I'm a July 3rd bride, also getting married at the RH, so we won't actually be having a rehearsal until the day of the wedding.

We are planning on having a 'pre-wedding dinner' the Saturday before, to get our families and bridal party together to just relax and enjoy each other. We'll also give everyone our gifts then.

Good idea! I'm thinking of doing a rehearsal dinner Wednesday night cause my wedding is on a Friday.

That should be fine. I chose to do mine on the weekend because most people involved will probably have to miss all or some of work the day of my wedding, and I don't want them to do the same for the dinner.

July 4th or 5th brides....

I wanted to have it on the 4th, just a relaxed backyard BBQ, but FH might not be able to get that night off from work (which would totally suck for him to be forced to work the night before our wedding). I am hoping he gets off but I don't want to schedule the rehearsal just in case so we'll probably do it Wednesday night with dinner, then still have a BBQ get together on Thursday before we head to the hotel. We have a bunch of family and friends coming in from out of state so it'll be nice to get a few extra days before and after to just hang out with them because of the holiday.
