I just have a lot of final meetings. I'm so happy that I got a lot of things done ahead of schedule because work has been keeping me so busy. Now it's all the 'little' things.

I have to order the RD invites and menus (I'm getting those super cute cherry blossom fan menus from White Aisle since our RD is at an Asian fusion restaurant).

Programs -- need to order but already decided which ones to get (White Aisle)

OOT Boxes -- boxes are here, as is the Tiffany blue wrapping paper and ribbon. Just need to buy the contents

GM & BM gifts -- GMs still need all gifts. I've gotten the BMs their jewelry gifts. Now I just need to buy them individual stuff and arrange the BM luncheon.

Card box -- bought the fabric (Tiffany blue to match our wedding cake) and I have the ribbon. I just need to order my paper mache boxes.

Favors -- decided on wine bottles from Pugliese. We just have to order them. The table favors, I'm still undecided. I'm going to make a batch of Chocolate Hazlenut Merlot cookies this weekend and see how it goes.

Readings -- still need to find a bible reading. I'm all set with my semi-secular reading

Cocktail party invites (for OOT guests after RD) -- I have the invites (fuschia & orange) and my super cute pink wax seals. I just have to print them out.

Veil -- need to get one

Shoes -- need to get some

Purse -- yeah, need that too

Undergarments -- need those too

Hmmm... can't think of anything else right now.

Okay, my hair and my honeymoon are taken care of, and we started work on our photo list, will meet with the Milleridge this Friday. Tomorrow I have my first fitting, and I will look for a slip and bridesmaids gifts.

Other than that, I feel I've done precious little since I last posted, though I did pack and move in with FH. That's a big change!

Im starting to feel so overwhelmed!

Well, I started work on my programs, but they are far from finished.

Otherwise, here is what is left:

*Go over flowers with florist--a couple changes
*Pick out a few more decorations for ceremony space
*two more fittings
*Seating arrangements (though we're still waiting for about 32 RSVPs, so I can't start this yet)!
*Meet with minister to go over ceremony
*Get directions from hotel to Milleridge for hotel guests

That's it. I can't believe it! I got a lot of little things out of the way in the last week or so.

The question is , what is there not to do?

Marc_rai, I'll try to remember to FM you and let you know how it goes. I'm expecting it to be right up there with a visit to the DMV--very unromantic, possibly unpleasant. Where are you going? We're going to Manhasset.

FH just told me that we are going to the Muncipal Building in Brooklyn.

Do you know if they take a picture of us? This determines whether I get my hair done or not.
