Tuxes and favors.... CHECK!


We ordered our favors from godiva yesterday - the white box of 2 heart chocolates and with a pink ribbon on the box

Tuxes we got from After Hours. They gave us a great deal, highly reccommended!

I had a pretty good wedding weekend.

I got a different pair of shoes.
My mom and I started to work on the favors. We are about 40% done.
All of my BM got their shoes and most of them are going for their fittings next week.
My flowergirls and jr BM got their shoes.
I am meeting with my priest this weekend.
We close on our house on Wednesday.

I am starting to see a lot of progress.

Got my shoes this weekend, and I go for my 1st fitting on Friday. Scheduled make up trial and engagement pics for next Wednesday.

We are closing on our house WEDNESDAY!!! Wow! Do you feel like you are going crazy trying to do all of this at once, pack, wedding plans, phone calls??? Plus Im a teachers so there are a ton of things going on at school getting ready for the end of the year and packing up my classroom.

Hey girls - just discovered this thread - great idea. The wedding is 2 months from today!!! We are sending our invites out within the week and the first weekend in June is my bridal shower and bachelorette party! Let the count down begin.

I totally feel like I am going crazy. It is all good things though. I still have so much to do. I am a teacher too and I have been trying to pack up things that I know I am not going to need from now until the end of the year. We just found out that our last day isn't going to be until June 26th. So I really need to get my school things done quickly. Thank God my neice is in High school and finishes early so I will bring her with me to help me pack up my classroom.
I still haven't even started packing up my stuff in my house. I just can't bring myself to do it. I am excited to get married but it upsets me to think I won't live in the home I grew up in!

MAJOR VENT: Sent an invite to family of 4. Now I got 6 yes. The two children are adults. I should have sent individual invites, but regardless, I would not have invited a guest...since I know they are not dating anyone (atleast not a month ago)....point of the matter is we invited 4 not 6. Though I want to call to tell them no, my parents are telling me to leave as is since they are paying for their friends. I am still mad. It's the damn point...and they didn't even call to ask if they could ARGH!

What other little things do we have to do girls??? I have most of the big things done . . . any details you can think of plese list!

I am a little slow, just finalized my HM to Hawaii with Liberty. Booked my flowers last week.

made my menu at the North Ritz last night, and
I pick up my dress tomorrow.

RSVPs are coming in. 100 guest attending so far.

Yesterday we got my mom's dress and jewelry and the BM's jewelry. Going to pick out my menu and wedding cake on Tuesday.

We closed on our house yesterday! I am so excited!!

This weekend we are meeting with the priest

I am starting to panic a little because there is still so much to do.
