i'm finalizing the guest list.

Hi girls,
I'm a July bride too (7/4/06), although I'm not on here much at all anymore...my brand new teaching job is sucking all my free time away from me!
I just wanted to tell you that I think this July thread is a GREAT idea! I haven't even started thinking about florists yet, and I still need to pick a bridesmaid dress...I have a lot of work to do! I'm planning on ordering my STD's from Magnet Street Weddings this week.

I just came back from my E-Pics. We had a great time. I love my photographer. He is awesome and very creative..
Next on my list is to do get my bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress. They are giving me nightmares. I will be happy when I have them ordered.
How many of you picked out the bridesmaids dresses? I was thinking about just picking them out with my MOH. Did you give your other girls a say in the dress??

We finish our 6-week precana class next Monday.
Planning is done for the most part - less than 8 1/2 months to go

We're probably doing pre-cana in March or April.
I ordered my dress today from Phyllis at Gownfind & my mom tried on a number of MOB dresses, didn't find any she loved, but she found one possibility.
We gotta get looking at florists next!

Done with all major vendors. Just have invites to do and favors.

I really didnt give my girls a say in selecting the bridesmaids dresses. Of course I wanted them to like the dress but everyone is going to have a different opinion and I think it is human nature to like the dress that looks best on yourself...so I didn't feel like trying to please everyone...I hope that doesn't sound b*thcy cause I'm really not. My advice take one or two girls with you when picking their dresses out.
