It varies. I will be sending mine early April...only because I want to give everyone enough time to plan,....

No, not sure if you're off. But, I live in FL, family is in Mass., Maine & Colorado. So, they need a heads up to make flight arrangements. Yes, they got a STD-but you know how it is. Also, I need to have a final count to get OOT transportation, reserve more rooms @ the hotel and for the hall (caterer). That deadline is 6/1, so thats 30 days. Figure 2 weeks prior is mid May. To make flight arrangements is 30 days which puts us back to 5/1. So, if they have it end of March early April, we won't have any issues. Why does it matter how soon you send them? Just as long as I inform them they need to do all of the above, they have plenty of time.

Early May . . . 10 weeks before with a somewhat early RSVP date so I can invite the B list if needed (we are trying to stay close to the minimum).

ohh good, I was going to ask you when you were sending yours out since we are date twins!!

I was thinking middle may - we are doing our own pocketfolds so I need some time to do them, lol.

RSVP date about three weeks before, I hardly have any OOTers..
