Hi Ladies!

When did you plan on ordering your invites? When do you plan to send them out? My hall wants a final count by June 19th...which is early.

I'm ordering probably next week. I'm sending them out beginning of June, since our wedding isn't until July and we need our final count by July 15th...

I am just wondering if this is going to give you enough time to do your seating chart and place cards...If it is, that is great and you are amazing! I will probably take forever b/c FH is of no help!

im ordering mine this weekend! - we have the contract, just need last min things. We r getting thm april 15-20th. I want them out befoe may 1st (postage goes up) and i want responses by like May 28th so i dont stress about tables the last month too much!!!

I am going to start assembling mine this weekend, with the hopes that I can send them out by late March. Since I have an early July date (two weeks after the school year ends), I have a feeling that even despite sending STDs, people already have vacation plans made. If I send them out in late March, people are less likely to make plans for anything else other than the wedding.

Plus, the hotel has a June 10th cut off date, and they've already given me a hard time about not having anybody booked into rooms yet. I told them, umm, the wedding is in JULY and the invites haven't gone out yet.

Uhmmm maybe I should reconsider the date I'm sending them?? I'm soooooo glad I have you guys.. lol

I'm still waiting to order mine through Tessa, but I'm almost through the process so I guess it depends how quickly I send the paperwork but my production time is in March. I want to mail them out by the middle of May.

Just picked up mine yesterday, I wanted to allow pleny of time....they till hve to be addressed, stuffed and stamped. I will probably mail them ut sometime towards the beginning of May

A month early is usually the standard amount of time they give you to finalize your numbers... I actually made my own invites and Im in the process of finalizing them now. I am hoping to send my invites out the last week in March and have the RSVP deadline as May 6 for my July 3 wedding.

edt: Im sending them out early because our hotel blocks expire one month before.. so if they RSVP in may they will have to make their hotel room reservations by June 3 ... so thats why they are going out early.
