Time is flying by and crunch time is coming with almost 2 months left - I still have alot on my plate! I know we've done this in the past - but I need help with the 'LEFT TO DO LIST'. I have mine but I KNOW I have to be missing things.
Please let me know what's left on your list and what you accomplished in the last month. TIA!!!

I am finding it's OK to do things last minute,venders are always willing to help. If it makes you feel any better, I still have not booked a florist or a DJ. Take a deep breath and relax. It will all get done. As long as your invites are out, everything else will fall in place!

my best advice is to write everything out that you need to get done. Then either by daily or weekly break them up into goals and start checking things away.

well I’m getting married the day before you and here is what I have done so far:
booked RH and ceremony booked officiant booked flowers booked DJ/Video and Photog booked limos booked cigar roller booked HM flights/hotel and cruise booked DOC booked hair and makeup scheduled my first fitting bought DOJ (but I think that I’m getting a different bracelet lol) bought my extensions booked hotel blocks booked after party made my DIY cardbox made my DIY invites got my guest list for FILs had my envelopes printed (just got those back) finalized menu at RH and chose cake purchased sparklers for the ceremony bought favors and Jordan almonds bought my tiara and veil bought my undergarments (bra and blue panties) bought my day of hoodie set started to buy some HM clothes
Left to do: send my invites out (will be mailing the this Friday!!) finish HM clothes shopping finish altering my dress I want to make cute little tags for my sparklers I want to make tags for the Jordan almonds too (like the poem) Make DIY menus Make DIY programs Wrap the favors Sew the clips into my extensions (or find someone to do it lol) Finish my must play music list Put together my must take pic list Pull info together for my DOC PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!
I’m sure there is more I just can’t think of it right now…

im july 26th and this is what i have left to do:
find a hair person and book trial!
send officiant our deposit
get alterations done on my dress
find my daughter shoes (flowergirl)
get FH's and groomsmen tuxes/shoes etc
send out invites
do playlist for DJ
order favors
make DIY menus
so far i cant think of anything else but im sure theres a million things i still have to do lol

I'm 7/18 and this is what I have left to do:
trials (both make-up and hair) and book a hair person
meet and book officiant
tag the favors
wait for more responses then do tables
make card box
figure out first song
do song lists for DJ
decide guest book
get groom's cake
tastings (which we have scheduled for 6/20)
tuxes
book hotel
and various other things that I'm sure I'll think of but I have to go to meet my dad for the mets game now.
No worries -- plenty of time!!

I just had heart palpitations reading what everyone has done / not done! Okay, breathe....
Umm, here's my DONE list (for 7/3 wedding) Booked: RH DJ LIMOS FLORIST PHOTOG CHURCH OFFICIANT ORGANIST CEREMONY MUSICIANS (musical family members) MAKEUP (myself!) HONEYMOON FLIGHTS WEDDING RINGS (but still have to see them and pay)
DIY: INVITES PROGRAMS MENUS (but have yet to finalize menu) FAVOR TAGS (still need to purchase chocolates)
Here's my TO DO LIST: Finish addressing envelopes (I'm doing the calligraphy) Assemble invites purchase stamps mail invites by Friday! 2 more meetings with pastor (May 26th and ?) finalize ceremony details for program have ALL GMs get their tuxes! wrap BM gifts (got them, thank goodness!) book hair (still haven't done a trial!) purchase undergarments for dress purchase HM clothes make OOT boxes do e-pics (they come w/photo package but I wanted to wait for weather to get nice)
I am sure there's much more... once I get the invites out, I'll feel so MUCH better!
