I think they are still having one...a BBQ at Janna's(?), however, it is the date of our engagement party so I stepped out of the planning. Not sure of the status. It was going to be July 16th.

This kind of got back burned bc of the holiday. But since that's over we really need to get it started up again.

I believe it was supposed to be Saturday, July 16 at Miss Janna's house. That's about as far as we had gotten. Still need to decide who's bringing what.

You guys are gonna shoot me............

I have to cancel the GTG for July 16th, at least for my house. Fh and I were listening to ESPN radio today and they had a Yankees contest and I won!!! 2 tickets to go to a VIP Yankees-Red Sox party at ESPN Zone on JULY 16th!!! I didn't realize until I got home it was the same day as the BBQ and kicked myself.

I would do it the day after if that's workable, unless everyone would rather have a different type of get together later on in the day. (Maybe meeting at Dave & Busters or Jillians?)

I would do it the weekend after but I am having gallbladder surgery on the 20th, which puts me out of commission until August.

I am sooooooo sorry you guys, maybe I can just pass on the 2 tickets to my FH and one of his friends instead so I can stick around.....

I'd rather do a Sunday BBQ than go out for happy hour or something. Def don't give the tix away Miss Janna, congrats on winning!! And I say Yes to FH and kids coming along!

Thanks guys, you made me feel better!!! Even FH was upset the tix were for the same day as the BBQ!! He really wants to meet some new people to play cards and BS with!!!

I can definitely do Sunday the 17th. Everyone can bring their FH's and kids along, and bring the bathing suits....I would just need a head count to know how many chairs to have out......
