Believe it or not everything is going smoothly Closing was estimated to be Oct 12th. No word on that yet But the exterminated found fleas and spiders in the house. Is that bad?

Make sure you have that treated BEFORE you move in. It will definitely be harder to treat, especially the fleas if you put your stuff in there then treat. You don't want to expose Gizmo to that either!

Julz...have it fixed before you buy it! You don't want to put Gizmo in danger if you need an exterminator.

We are definately having it treated before. The spiders are in the attic according to the report. Doesn't every house have spiders in the attic?

I don't know about the spiders.

My report showed that we had termites, which we took care of and hopefully they wont come back.

We bug-bombed our place before we moved in. Raid bombs...It worked well, though the suckers still manage to find their way in!
