My dress isn't coming in until the first week of May. I am panicking. I still dont have shoes, head piece or jewelery. Should I be worried? I ordered it Dec 11th.

I wouldnt worry too much, I would start looking for shoes and HP now this way you have it. Your first fitting you will need your shoes more then HP

I got my shoes, headpiece and veil in December and my dress came in the end of January! You can get those items without your dress, if you are worried about matching colors/fabrics, ask your bridal store for a fabric swatch! HTH

I ordered my Dress in Aug and it is an Eve of Milady also and i was told that it should be in Aprilish but I am going to call them today to see if anything new has happened.
The only thing i have is my shoes. I possibly have a necklace but i want to see how it looks with the dress. I am probably going to get my headpiece and veil in another couple weeks. I dont think you have to worry that much you still have time.
