Junior BM gift?

We are having my niece (she is 7) as our Junior BM, yes I know she is a little young but FH niece is 5 and she is the FG. My niece didnt want to be a FG (since in her eyes, she isnt a baby like the 5yr old) So we actually gave her a new title (to shut her up) and she is called our Teenage FG. Now she thinks she is hot Sh!t. We tried to please everyone.

So my question is what can we get her as a gift? She is at a tough age but I want to get her something special but am totally clueless. Any ideas?
