iPod shuffle?
Giftcard so she gets to do some shopping for fun things? (when I was like 11/12, I started getting gift certs and thought it was so cool to go shopping with 'my own money' LOL)

On a serious side: Maybe an Ipod with an I-tune card, Gift certificate to their fav clothing store, American Girl is another fav of tweens
