junior bridesmaid

anyone have jr bridesmaids in their bridal party? if so, where are you getting there dresses?

I have two jr. bm's in my party. All of my girls are getting their dresses from Macys, the brand is Edens Bridal, here is a pic of the bm dress, the jr. bm dress is the same except it has straps

I have two jr bridesmaids. We went to Paradise Bridal and Tuxedos for the wedding party. They are located in Patchogue.

Alot of the lines that carry bridesmaids dresses have junior bridesmaids too, i am going to RK bridal to check out and see what they have and also have to look for Jr bridesmaids...look on the knot.com under gowns, they have a section for bridesmaids and will show you jr.bridesmaids too and who carries them

I had a JR bM , she wore the same dress as the bms, but instead of strapless, she wore it with thin straps

What's the age cutoff for flowergirl/jr. Bridesmaid. FH's neice will be 11 so we asked her to be a junior bridesmaid is she too young though?

I think 11 is a perfect age for a jr bm! When I think of a flowergirl I usually think of a girl like 4-8 years old.

All my bridesmaids are 'juniors.' Because I'm older, I didn't want to subject my thirty-something friends to the bridesmaid thing. However, my nieces LOVE the idea. Anyway, I got the dresses for the older girls from Forever Yours, who have a lot of junior bridesmaids dresses. The youngest girl is in the same dress as the flowergirl, from Pegeen. The Forever Yours dresses came from Perfect Bridesmaids, and this is their Junior Bridesmaids page: dresses

They recommend Raylia, Eden, Watters, and Forever Yours. I know there are other brands that make them too. Pegeen has some styles that are definitely for older girls than the one we chose. Anyway, our dresses came very quickly from Perfect Bridesmaids and their prices were great.

The first is the Forever Yours dress, although ours is navy with pale yellow ribbon and embroidery, and the Pegeen dress is navy with a sash in that color yellow.

That's what I think - she always wanted to be a flowergirl ever since we started dating so when we asked we made it sound like it was better then a flowergirl so she wouldn't make a big deal about it.

My FH's 11 year old sister is going to be a junior bridesmaid in my wedding party. I think she is too old to be a flower girl. FH's 2 year old niece will be the flower girl. I think I may just have my junior BM get the same dress that my BM's will wear since they have straps and look appropriate for an 11 year old. She'll just have to have it taken up so it's not too long for her. I'm planning on asking the seamstress to use the extra material to make a sash for the flowergirl to wear around her waist.

our jr bm is 13 (FH's little sister). she will be wearing the same dress as the BMs in a different fabric. i told her she can have straps put on if she wants but i think she likes the strapless thing

My step-daughter was our jrBM. We got her dress at Tri-County Flea Market and then had it altered at Helen's Bridal in Commack.

I think it depends on the age and size of your jr BM. Mine is 13, so we got her the smallest size adult dress, and she's having it altered. HTH!

we picked an eden bridals dress. To look at a lot of different styles, Commack Wedding Center has a ton of them....but I you might want to order it from somewhere else.....haven't heard good things about them on here. My JBM lives out of town so she ordered by her.
