junior groomsmen

junior groomsmen

At 18, I would definitely call him a groomsman. I can't imagine a high school senior/college freshman wanting to be a junior groomsman. Does it matter? Will he have a different role? We are having his 16 yr old niece in the wedding party. If I make programs I will list her as a bridesmaid.
the idea of a fruit basket or something along those lines would be a nice touch but i wouldn't expect it

What about a 15 year old boy?

I don't think 18 is too young to be a groomsman. I was 16 the first time I was a bridesmaid. I definitely wouldn't consider him a junior groomsman.

Actually, they are all excited about it - our niece (16) and nephews (15, 11, 10, and 5)...as long as they don't request too many Nsync songs...haha

Can anyone recommend a good hotel in the Patchogue area?

junior groomsmen - dress

I went to a wedding last week and the BMs were wearing navy blue sleeveless dresses and the jr BMs were wearing a lighter blue Jim Hjelm irridescent dress - you probably have seen it with the little rosebuds flowers set on a empire waist. It looked adorable. Their dresses looked young & fresh and the navy looked elegant on the ladies.
