I am so lucky- mine hates watching sports-

it always freaks people out when I say that b/c he's 6'1 and 250lbs of muscle- he looks like a football player

but on sunday nights we watch desperate housewives!!!!

My FSIL's brother had a T.V. at his table because he 's a HUGE Raiders fan and refused to miss the game. I don't have football problems. I have baseball problems, and living with a Yankee junky is no fun. I FEEL YOUR PAIN.

imagine this ladies...European soccer, specifically the Italian league, starts the end of August and runs until MAY!!!!!!! every Sunday, but sometimes Saturday, then they have intra-european league games during the week....

Thank GOD I love it too- just definitely NOT as much as FH!!!! God love those men though- soccer legs (and shorts! ) are the BEST!!!

Just wanted to say that my FH is a NASCAR fan! It ruins EVERY sunday in the summer and that is the only day that we both have off together. It STINKS!

At least football season is in the winter

I totally understand! There is a reason that my wedding is on Feb 25, and not earlier that month....my FH proclaimed that our wedding could not interfere with Football.

We actually attended a good friends wedding 2 years ago and it happened to be on the day of a playoff game and lets just say that I still hear about how he can't believe he had to attend their wedding and didn't get to see the whole game!!!

I think he needs a priority check!

I can sympathize with all of the football wives. FI LOVES the Giants! He participats in all of these fanstay football leagues and gets so pissed off when the Giants lose. FI told me when we were first started looking at halls that we could not get married anywhere near Superbowl Sunday and that we had to be home in time from our HM for the superbowl.

Who wants to have drinks on Sunday afternoons in the fall?

FH watches EVERY pro and college game he can. He is also the commissioner of his Fantasy League which holds its drafts at any given location around the country. Last year was Vegas, this year, I believe is Minneapolis. The winner of the league from the year before, gets to choose the location. In addition to that, FH plays for a bar league in Manhattan. After each game he gets drunk back at the bar and takes a train home smelling like MAN. I never stop him from any of it because once FH Jr comes along, he ain't gonna have no time for no stinkin football.

Wow, sounds like I've got it pretty easy!! My FI and I both love the Giants! We like baseball too but where he's a Mets fan, I root for the Yanks!! Whatever, it's fun to watch together!!!
