Just a question because the boards seem so slow tonight. How many of you are having your bridal party sit with you up front at the RH? How many are you will just have you and FH up front?

We are going to sit alone and the bridal party and their dates will have their own table. BUT -- my FH wants us to sit in those UGLY big white wicker chairs from the 80's. The wedding planner at the place was like, 'um I guess I can pull them out of storage'. He is so excited about those ugly chairs I dont know how to tell him 'hell no!' haha
just tell him that the RH called and they don't have those chairs anymore and gosh darn you feel so bad about it

i totally agree Jess, my friend did that last year and my poor FH was sitting with people he didnt know - it sucked!!

and i would tell FH that the guy called and the wicker was all broken because they are so old

I am going to do the same thing. Each person will have a date so they will want to sit with them. They will be at 2 tables on either side of the dais.

we're thinking of only having the BM & MOH at the table with us..and the rest of the bridal party at a table nearby or with their families.

hahaha yeah, i am not a fan of those chair either! a lot of places have them though! we are just doing a sweetheart table as well, just the two of us. then 2 bridal party tables with their dates on either side. I would feel terrible separating them, i know if it was me i would feel uncomfortable. PLus i thin it is funny looking that huge long table in the front facing everyone. i think round/oval tables are better so they can actually have conversation with people they are sitting with, rather than feel like they are on display. that is just my opinion though.
