Just a question...

Hello all! I am not a bride but I do have a question. I was a maid of honor for a friend of mine back in October I took her dress home that night but I did tell her I couldn't afford to get it preserved for her. She totally understood.....well it is december and her dress is still in my closet. I have brought it up to her and she keeps saying Oh yeah I keep forgetting. Do you need to leave any sort of deposit in order to get it preserved? If not do you have any suggestions where I should take it? Thanks all!

I heard of this place that does super cheap cleaning, but I think you have to send it to them.
