just a thought...
I've been reading the stuff on these boards for the past few months. I see the boards as a source of information as well as a way to relax. But lately, things haven't been so relaxing around here!
I just think we'd be better off without all the fighting. After all, most of us have been putting up with grief from loony in-laws, neurotic bridesmaids who swear they won't look good in lavender, friends who want to bring their 20 kids to the wedding, boring office acquaintances who think they're invited but aren't, DJs who play 'Who Let the Dogs Out?' when we definitely said not to play it, the list goes on and on and on! The supportive community here is such a welcome relief from all that stuff.
I don't know any of you and haven't been around that long, so maybe it's none of my business, but I would love to see the personal attacks and snarkiness stop!
(Which is not to say that I don't value honest assessments of vendors and the like. But as we all know, that's another long and complicated story...)![]()
