Just a vent

Alright I understand that the word step-mother has a negative conotation to it even tho the stepmother herself may not be a negative influence. I understand that I am not your real mother, nor do I try to be, but I AM an important member of this family AND this household and as such I shall be respected.

That being said, is too much to ask for you listen to me when I tell you to sit on the chair properly before you slide off and crack your skull open on the granite countertop!!!
