A close friend of mine who actually works at Chateau Briand is at his sister's wedding tonight at the Watermill and said he will send me pictures and give me a review sometime this weekend, if anyone is interested.
I figure since he has worked in restaurants and catering halls for years, he will be scrutinizing a lot!!!

OK I spoke to my buddy Brian and he gave me an update, but being a guy, didn;t give me much a review to work with!!
He did mention the food was great, and they really took good care of his sister and her DH. I'll post the pics he sent me, although they don't really show all that much!! (What do you expect from a single guy?!)

I like the ice sculpture. I know they threw one in for me but there is also a 'custom made' one in the extras menu. I wonder if the one above is one of those.

We had the seafood boat...it was a big hit! We also added the martini bar. PS: If anyone has WM question I'd be happy to help answer them. I'm not on here so much these days, but you can always FM me.
