Just back from CLM tasting

I knew you would like it. Is CLM at the top of your list?

What'd you try? Which were your favorites?

we decided definitly on CLM. going with the deposit in january. with the holidays now i dont want to give them the $1000 right now. They said being its 2009 we have nothing to worry about for a few months so we should be ok.

they served the mozzarella appitizer and a salad then stuffed sole, chateau briand, stuffed shrimp, veal chop, some chicken i forgot the name. The chocolate fountain was so cool.

by the way as you will notice on here i cant type or spell lol
