I went for my second fitting on Friday and while the back of the dress is GORGEOUS, the front is making me so upset!
I have a little belly, but I figured spanx would help conceal it. They don't I think the piece I bought is too thin and does nothing. That day I'm like, 'ok, i'll just do 800 crunches every night!'
Then I was talking to my sister and she thinks the corset/longline bra I'm wearing is sticking out a little on the bottom and thereby making my belly look weird.
So, I just ordered 2 different corsets and 2 shaper shorts thingies
I hope at least 1 of these pieces does the trick! I hate crunches!!!
*****Here's a pic and I circled in red the problem area - it doesn't look like a belly exactly, but I think it's a combination of me + the bottom of the corset.
I'm sure you look AMAZING... you're just being hard on yourself.. from what I can tell you have like no fat.. at all.

Thanks, but I know what i've got and it's a bit of a belly, I'm a pretty compact type person, stalky, like a smaller George Costanza...
Anyhoosier, I'm trying to get a pic, I'll post when I get it.
Mom told me I was crazy, but my sister understands (don't get me started on her, she's so freakin' tall&thin!)

I know the feeling.....My dress had the same problem when I first tried it on about year ago and that was the reason I hadn't ordered it originally but we noticed that it was the corset underneath that was jutting out and made my stomach look bigger....It's so important to find the right undergarments...I'm gonna maybe go tonight so I'll let you know if I happen to find something and where I got it..

i just bought a boy short 'Flexee' (Marshalls had white ones for $8.99 as opposed to the $26.99 i saw at Macy's) so I figured i'd give it a try.
i just tried it on under a skirt and my spare tire is no more! it looks flat!!!!

Sorry! Can you get cups sewn in? That looked best with my dress (mermaid fit like yours). The long line bra can stick ou on the bottom in those tight dresses. YOu will look HOT, Becca!!

looks like the bottom of the corset to me! hopefully one of the new ones will work better it doesn't look like your stomach at all though!

I had the SAME thing in my dress when I wore the longline bra. I wound up just wearing a strapless one.

its the corset
take it from your body double...that is not you. definitely need to do some trial and error with different pieces under the dress but i'm like 100% positive that is just the corset fitting weirdly!
