Just came back from our walk through... (with pics)
the sellers are such dirtbags
The cabinets are absolutley filthy and the stove was never cleaned in it's life. Plus he had a garbage full of old rotting food in the kitchen. So gross. Other then that everything worked and the termite damage was fixed. I can't wait to get in there and start cleaning
