i couldnt make the showcase tonight - so bummed.

if you girls hear or know anything about the viennese tables, please let me know!

I was excited we were able to go outside and walk around. I really wanted to see the ceremony site again... As I walked down the 'aisle' i thought to myself....'oooo this is what its going to be like!!'

FH & I picked our bridal party last week and we have 7 each... so i told him imagine 7 bridesmaids and groomsman

I thought is was great yet crowded. The food was pretty good. FH and mother went crazy over the mashed potato station. I didn't get to try it because I was to busy over at the denise leli station looking at head pieces.
The cake fillings were really good as well. I found the chocolate to be dry, but the yellow was better.
I also got to see the DJ's the only thing I don't have booked.
All in all I think it was a good experience.

showcase was crowded, yes, but omg the food was awesome! the mashed potato bar was to die for! i loved the lil spinach pies, artichokes parmesan, the sangria.... yes, the cake was kind of dry but like someone mentioned earlier it was prolly 'cause it was cut and out... also the pieces were miniscule so it was hard to get a real feel for the taste!

does anyone know when the next showcase is? greg ran into a coworker there that is getting married there in february (he had no idea!) and the coworker said he had been to a whole bunch of showcases there... i am dying for the next one!
