Just checked our Registry, 2 Things Purchased!!!! YAY

i am in the car driving home from our trip and i decided to check fortunoff to see if anything has been purchased, and 2 things are gone!!!!

i am so excited FH is driving and he was happy too!!!!!

we sent out our annoucement save the dates a few weeks ago, and had our website printed on them wich has our registry info, so exciting!!!!

thats awesome!!! did u guys register for your engagement parties? im having my engagement party in august..should i register for that?

i registered because i want to register, i am having an engagement party, july 7, and if people buy gifts for that, thats fine. We dont need the cash, so we would like gifts for our new house.

But the people who are sending hte gifts are not invited to the engagement party, they were sent annoucement/std cards in the mail.

If you are having an e-party and want cash only dont register.

i did that before my e-party...But nobody really bought anything off of our registry for the e-party...everyone who came only gave money. We did have a couple in FL who couldn't make it and they sent us something from the registry and someone at FH's moms job who wasnt at the party got us something off of our registry. Also fh's brother bought us stuff for x-mas off of our registry.

Depends on your guests and what they normally do at these things. I figured most of our guests wouldn't buy gifts bc italians and alot of europeans dont do that at e-parties. But i wanted to at least give people the option
