maybe past brides can help...when do you give final payments to Rh and other vendors....beginning of wedding...at end..in middle...just been thinking about it.... In my case I have the band to pay and the balance on RH...and the florist. for florist...they will be dropping stuff at my house, the church and the hall...so when do you pay them the balance? and what about tipping..when does all that happen for everybody?
I'm getting married at Giorgio's, and we had to put down a deposit when we booked it, and then 90 days later, we have another payment, and the rest is due 5 days before the wedding. So plenty of time to save!

If I read all my contracts correctly, everything will be paid in full before the day of the wedding. The only thing that should have to be paid out that day are the tips which you give when that particular service is complete and only if you feel the person deserves one based on their performance and level of service received.
You pay your final payments usually a month to two weeks before the wedding. The only thing you pay your wedding day is tips.

I have to pay mine prior to the wedding also.
Some of my vendors asked for final payment the day of but I told them I prefer to pay ahead of time so I don't have to worry about all that cash and they said it was fine. You could try that if you want to be done with it...
Every hall is different, so you should look in your contract or call and ask. My final payment is due a week before, my flowers a day before, and DJ day of. Photographer and limos asked for it a month before.
Our RH final payment was due 2 weeks prior, if we had added people we paid the balance at the end of the night, all the vendors were paid final payments that were due that day at the end of the night, same thing with tipping
