Just curious....does anyone else have this habit???

Seriously....I have a habit of saying either too much, or just really stupid things. Kind of like (oh I could have def. left that part out) or (why did i say that????)

you are not alone. there have definitely been a few times i should have thought more before i spoke. i have the tendency of putting my foot in my mouth. I get that from my mom!

just an example of what i'm talking about....

I know my grandmothers DR from the hospital. Would he know me out on the street? nope. especially since I wouldn't be in scrubs....(ya know...out on the street is my 'other' job anyway)....but I had to call him bc shes having an issue with one of his meds.

so i said 'hey Dr. McSteamy, this is Angela....Mrs.Blahblahblah's granddaughter.'

'How are ya? My secretary told me you work at BlahBlahMcHottie Hospital...what dept??'

'well, i used to work for (insert celebrity name here...my old boss used to look like a certain celebrity and one day me and this dr. were talking about it...does he remember? no...it was 2 years ago, but I remember lol)

and he starts CRACKING UP like he never heard it before, and he goes 'I'VE NEVER HEARD THAT B4 THATS FUNNY'

So genius me says' ha....i only said it because YOU SAID IT TO ME ONCE'....


this whole part of the conversation was NOT neccessary....i couldnt just say oh i work on 3 north???

I will join the foot in mouth disease. I seem to do that often with FH-ie) I said to him-I think videotapes/dvds are bad gifts for me- then I realized he bought me one that was sentimental-our first movie together---gulp!

I never think before i speak and it tends to get me in a lot of trouble. the worst is when I say something stupid and i remember it years later to kinda throw salt in the wound.

i use to be infamous for that i would just blab & blab about absolutely nothing I slowed down a bit there isn't any harm in it
