Just curious...which invite do you like better?

Just curious...which invite do you like better?

I'm not gonna be silly and order the invites that win this poll, but I was just curious which style most people find attractive....
#1- navy wrap (the wrap replaces the inner envelope, the reception and response card are one page, response card is preforated)

#2 z-fold with ribbon
(one problem- I'll have to find a way to get the ribbon to look just right- might be a huge pain in the butt!)

I think the 1st one is more unique.

Also, I'm not sure about the weight of the cardstock on the 2nd one. Usually tri-fold invitations like those are not a heavy weight stock.

With the 1st one, even if the card inside isn't that heavy, it will seem more 'substantial' because of the wrap.

JMHO though

VERY true about the cardstock- I have the sample already and that part of it kinda bugged me. Very thin paper. And getting the ribbon to lay right is a real PITA!

Still waiting on the sample of the navy wrap one- it is SO cheap it's frightening- I hope it doesn't show in the paper quality!! I wonder if it's cheaper because of the preforated response card....

The navy wrap is cool cuz it at least reminds me of pocketfolds- which I was dying to have! It's the closest thing I can get without breaking the bank!

I hear you about breaking the bank, I thought DIY pockets would be cheaper, but we'll see. I did find a great sale @ AC Moore. We'll see what the final tally is!

I like them both, wait for the second sample. It'll probably help you make your decision
