Just did my walk through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am closing on Tuesday.

, got LIPA, Keyspan, and water turned on.

We never realized just how big our house was until the owner got all of the furniture out of there.

(See that, I wrote 'OUR HOUSE'

Doesn't that sound so nice????

Congratulations!!!

I am doing my walk through on Wednesday and my closing Thursday!!! What did you check? Did you have a list of stuff? Did you check all of the outlets?

Any advice is appreciated!!

We had an engineer in a few weeks ago that tested every outlet. We checked the dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer, dryer, jacuzzi bathtub, pool~she provided a notice from a repair company that just put in a new filter, liner and closed the pool~ and the only thing that was missing was a ceiling fan which was in our contract as going. It looked ugly beacsue it was a hanging bulb with no fixture. She gave us keys to locks on the inside of the house. ANd she made me very happy by leaving the expensive blinds there for me. I was lucky that my seller was a sweetheart!

Ask about the chimney being cleaned if you have a fireplace.
