I gave up on the 11.11.11 idea before I even got engaged.. way too late for that!

I'm inviting about 175ish but already know a bunch who def. won't be able to make it... so I'm expecting around 130ish! I'd like to stay in suffolk and eastern nassau. FH really wants to stick to about 100pp. Any suggestions would be great!!

I looked at Lombardi's on the Sound (which I loved- food is amazing!). My summer pricing would have put them around $120 pp (incl tax & gratuity)

I ended up at Sans Souci, but they can really only seat 130. Bu their prices are awesome, and Meryl the manager is amazing. I am doing a summer time buffet (not plated) for $79 pp. They are owned by Stewart Manor CC.

My friends have had very nice affairs at Harbour Club in Huntington- and I know one was definitely on a budget.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS!!!! being engaged is definatly one of the greatest feelings in the world and you should definatly enjoy and cherish every minute!!! Time flies like you wouldnt believe!!!

There are definalty a ton of places out there that will still have dates in Nov. We looked at about 20 places before we finally decided on Chateau La Mer! Its definatly a place with in your budget and amount of people you are looking to have. Give them a call and if you do decide to go in, try and speak with Nick. He is great to work with... and also if you like it.. go for a food tasting.. definatly worth it!!!!

crest hollow quoted me $76pp on friday in november 2011 (november 4, 2011 in fact) before any addons and tax and grat, so that probably is about around $105pp (give or take a few $$)
