Just finished my Wedding BINDER

ahhhh took me a few hours of work (boss wasn't here)
Made a final binder, with tabs and sheet protectors for everything FINAL (Contracts, Menu, Invites, Flowers ect... just about everything you can think about) then got an expandable folder with tabs, and took a slot for each category and put in Vendor information for the vendors i contacted and want to contact, My guest list)

Then made an inspiration Binder with all my ideas. Wow i feel so organized. I guess when i get a DOC i can just hand them my binder...

Now working on a payment tracker, is anyone using anything specific to track payments?

ooo i have a wedding binder too and have a similar format. Not nearly complete though since I only booked reception and photog. But I love filling it up!

Oh mine is not filled in yet.. Just my RH Contract and Deposit.. But i wanted to make all the tabs, I WANT TO FILL IT IN ALREADY

Oh you just motivated me to get more organized! I have a wedding binder but right now all the contracts are in a pile on my desk!

My RH gave me one when we booked but it is so big that i went to borders and bought another one and i carry it everywhere with me everyday. I get ideas all the time

I'm using my binder and the knot's online tools for payment tracking. I started using theknot, but I think weddingwire has a better one.

I made my own spread sheet for payments and also a wedding binder of my own! I loved it, because it was EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, and it was a 1/4 of the price to what they sell for.
