Just found out...

that I'm being officially being transferred from High School to Middle School. I'm going to be a middle school teacher (which I've always wanted). I got my schedule today and Im teaching 7th and 8th grades Social Studies, Reading and ELA.

I'm kinda nervous bc I've never taught Reading or ELA- anyone ever teach those before?

Is it bad that I'm kinda excited to start school again?

Congrats!!!! I got my masters in Literacy but I've always been a classroom teacher, not a reading teacher. I'm sure you'll do great!! Congrats & GL!!!
